- Frame Dimensions: The width (the front of the frame) is 9 to 14 mm wide (0.35" to 0.55"), with thickness varying by region— 42 mm (1.65") in North America and 32 mm (1.26") in Europe. A 12 mm (0.45") gap between the canvas and frame ensures a snug fit.
- Canvas frame: Canvas products mounted in the frames are slim.

Returns Information:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
- If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
- If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to your customer as quickly as possible.
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- If a replacement order is not feasible, or customer can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
