Returns Information:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to your customer as quickly as possible.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If a replacement order is not feasible, or customer can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
